Leadership Transition Intensive (LTI) – A full-day of coaching with Mark Walztoni in Santa Fe, New Mexico, learning and applying the three phases of effective leadership transitions and creating measureable, practical, and meaningful action plans to accelerate your success in each phase. This intensive program is followed by three months of coaching by phone or email with a response promised within four hours.
This program is ideal for: Leaders who learn best via customized, one-on-one coaching and who want to master leadership competencies at their own accelerated pace. There are only three Leadership Intensive Programs available per month.
Prerequisite: A pre-registration conversation with Mark Walztoni is required to ensure that this is the most appropriate choice, given your unique circumstances and needs.
Investment: $3500, plus travel expenses
Sustainable Leadership Skills Summit (SLSS) – A two-day program with Mark Walztoni and other expert coaches and guest speakers spent with assessments, learning and applying the three phases of effective leadership transitions and creating measureable, practical, and meaningful action plans to accelerate your success in each phase. This intensive program is followed by two months of coaching by phone or email with a response promised within four hours.
This program is ideal for: Leaders who learn best via a blend of group and customized one, one-on-one coaching and who want to master leadership transition competencies within a structured learning environment among a group of like-minded leaders.
NOTE: To ensure the necessary balance of group and individual attention, each Summit is limited to only 25 participants. Summits are held in major cities, with the 2008 Fall Leadership transition Summit planned for Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Investment: $3000 plus travel expenses, 10% discount for more than one participant from the same organization
Leadership Transition Mastermind Group (LTMG) – A three-month program that begins on or near the first day of each quarter. Mark Walztoni works with a maximum of 15 participants in a learning process that includes a one-hour group call each week, three one-on-one executive coaching sessions with Mark Walztoni, content-rich yet practical learning modules and downloadable tools focused on the three phases of leadership transitions, access to a password-protected Mastermind blog limited to each quarter's LTMG participants, and a MP3/CD recording and transcript from each of the New Leader Journey with Mark Walztoni broadcasts.
This is a complete program which offers participants a blending learning experience that combines individual executive coaching, group coaching, on-line instruction, and peer networking within the New Leader Journeys within the Mark Walztoni learning community.
Investment: $1500
Individual Coaching with Mark Walztoni – Mark works with new leaders during their first ninety days in a new role. This program includes three hours of assessment and development of transition skills, development of a personal transition scorecard and road map, and identification of "small enough to win, big enough to matter" objectives. It also includes one hour per week of personalized coaching and unlimited telephone and email consultation from 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST.
Investment: $2500 per month depending on the leader's need. We also offer a Comprehensive Coaching program with the same features as the Fast Track program plus two personal coaching sessions per month for 12 months. The cost of this program ranges from $7500 to $15,000 per year.
Workshops – Workshops prices begin at $2000 per half-day based on location and preparation time.
Leadership Transition Process Improvement, Human Capital Due Diligence and Integration, and Leadership Development – We propose our fees based upon the scope, duration, organizational impact, and location of each project.
Human Capital Services – We price our services based on your objectives and a retainer, project, feel equity mix, or customized basis.
Performance-based Fees
One of our differentiators is our willingness to partner with our clients by setting performance-based fees. For example, we usually begin coaching and consulting projects with half of the anticipated fee paid, with the remaining fee paid contingent on reaching agreed objectives.
